Worship will be held this Sunday, March 2nd at 10 am. Jane Clarke will read scripture from Matthew 17:1-9 in which the story of Jesus’ transfiguration is told, when it becomes apparent to his disciples that he is the Son of God. Rev. Cheryl Meachen will preach a sermon entitled, “Download from the Cloud” exploring the contrast between expectation and realization of the divine. A free pancake breakfast celebrating Mardi Gras will be held after worship. Building on a Firm Foundation

Worship will be held this Sunday, February 23rd at 10 am. Doug Reed will read scripture from 1 Corinthians 3:10-11, 16-23 in which Paul asks, “Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?” Rev. Cheryl Meachen will preach a sermon entitled, “Building on a Firm Foundation” exploring lives built on the foundation Jesus Christ laid. All are welcome to join a Monday Morning Quarterback bible discussion group at 10am. The Mind of Christ

Worship will be held this Sunday, February 9th at 10 am. Ron Francis will read scripture from 1 Corinthians 2:1-16 in which Paul explains the Spirit not in terms of miracle and power as the Corinthians understand, but as that which brings to life again that same Christ of the cross. Rev. Cheryl Meachen will preach a sermon entitled, “The Mind of Christ” exploring the lens of Christ through which we interpret and the standard of Christ against which we measure.
